Our Next Workshops
1. Don Andrews - Watercolour Workshop - October 11th-14th, 2017 - in partnership with the Ottawa Watercolour Society
Wednesday, October 11, 2017 to Saturday, October 14, 2017
Don Andrews is an internationally known watercolor artist and workshop instructor. He has conducted painting workshops throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Africa for over 30 years.
His paintings have received numerous awards in national watercolor competitions. Don is the author of three books,"Interpreting the Figure in Watercolour", "Interpreting the Landscape in Watercolour", and "Rough Sketches: Short Stories of a Travelling Artist". He is featured in the Watson Guptill publication "Everything You Ever Wanted to Know about Watercolor" and North Light's new book, "Confident Color" and has had numerous feature articles published in American Artist magazine, and the Watercolor issue of American Artist. His painting style is loose and colourful, with an impressionistic view of both the figure and the landscape.

2. Brian Smith - Drawing Workshop - November 9-12, 2017 - in partnership with the Kanata Art Club
Thursday, November 9, 2017 to Sunday, November 12, 2017
Brian Smith is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto, and has been on the faculty of the Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCADU), The Koffler Centre for the Arts, Haliburton School of The Arts, Curry’s Art School, Visual Arts Mississauga and Neilson Park Creative Centre as well as conducting Master Classes in his own studio. In 2005, he was awarded the title of Honourary Drawing Master by the Drawing Society of Canada.
